 |  |  |  Sarah Frances Fletcher, 67 of Hot Springs, formerly of Monticello, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at St. Joseph's Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs.  She was  born July 11, 1942 in Monticello.
 She retired from Reynold's Continous Rolling and was born to Woodridge Church of Christ in Hot Springs.  She was the daughter of the late Jack Batts and Dell B. Fletcher and was preceded in death by two brothers, Lee Vert Green and M. W. Batts.
 
 Survivors include three sons, Rickey (Cassandra) Phillips of Dallas, TX, Michael Fletcher and Harold McGuire, Jr., both of Houston, TX; four daughters, Sandra Cab of California, Wanda (Shelvin) Walker of Monroe, LA, Vickey Phillips of Hot Springs and Harriett (Clarvell) Pondexter of Houston, TX; one brother, Dennis (Julie) Batts of New Holstein, Wisconsin; two sisters, Eula Vee Hicks of Monticello, AR and Johnnie Mae Davis of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
