Norma Lorene Miller Petty, age 89 of Monticello, AR, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at The Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello. She was born November 11, 1935, in Stockton, MO to the late Finis and Elva Miller.
She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Norma’s hobbies included collecting Hallmark ornaments, reading, cross stitching and painting. She was a long-time member of the Hallmark Club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her ex-husband, Jay Petty; a brother, Marvin Miller; and two great grandsons, Blake and Collin Sandlin.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Sandlin and Lucketta McMahon; three sons, Bobby Barnett, John Petty and David Ketchum; her sister, Ann Routh; eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
