Rosalinda Gomez Muñoz, age 58 of Monticello, AR, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was born July 4, 1966, in Toluca, Mexico to Benjamin Gomez Rodriguez and Maria Juana Muñoz Hernandez.
She was an entrepreneur and business owner and a member of St. Marks Catholic Church of Monticello. Linda enjoyed crocheting, dancing and meeting people. She loved her church and was a very social, helpful and charitable lady. Meeting new people and making new friends came easy to her. Linda also loved being a “honey” to her grandchild. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Placido Muñoz; and her grandmothers, Sebastiana Hernandez and Maria Luz Rodriguez.
Survivors include her mother, Maria Juana Muñoz Hernandez; her sister, Beverly Marin Muñoz; niece, Sarahi Sanabria and nephew Darien Sanabria; her daughters, Brittany Valladares and husband Tony Magana and Sydney Leigh Delgadillo; her son, Juan Carlos Delgadillo; and a granddaughter, Natalia Evany Magana.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at St. Marks Catholic Church in Monticello with Father Alphonse Gollapalli officiating. There will be a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. preceding the Mass of Christian Burial. A visitation will be held Monday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
