Samuel Dexter Givhan, Jr., age 75 of Monticello, AR, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026, at his home. He was born July 23, 1950, in Pontotoc, MS.

He was the husband of Debbie Peacock Givhan and a retired School Psychologist.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Second Baptist Church (189 N. College St.) in Pontotoc, MS.
