Donald Keith O’Fallon was born December 24, 1968, in Crossett, AR to Donnie & Marsha O’Fallon. He departed this life on August 10, 2012 in Little Rock, AR at the age of 43 years.

He is survived by his parents, Donnie & Marsha O’Fallon of Weatherford, TX; son, Adam O’Fallon of Weatherford, TX; daughter, Lindsay O’Fallon of Smith’s Station, AL; and sister, Gina Spencer, and husband Clay, as well as nieces, Madison & Gracie Spencer of Azle, TX.

Other survivors include: Keith’s Grandmothers: Mary Taylor of Wilmar, AR; and Pauline O’Fallon of Crossett, AR; a very special person in Keith’s life, Tabitha Risle of Little Rock AR; and many friends whose lives were touched by Keith. His larger extended family resides mostly in Arkansas.

Today he rests and is at peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father, who loves him with a perfect and everlasting love.
