Desean Smith Vance, age 26 of Monticello, passed away with his family around him Friday, February 12, 2021, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. He was born February 23, 1994, in Pine Bluff, AR.

In the year 1997, Desean found his forever home with Dippy and Faye Vance and his extended family. He loved to be around his family. Desean was preceded in death by a sister, Janelle Bayird; and two brothers, Trenton and Samuel Vance.

Survivors include his mother and father, Faye and Dippy Vance of Monticello; three brothers, Shannon, Wayne and Jeremiah Vance; and a sister, Tina McManus. The family would like to give a special thank you to his care nurses, Kim Ray, Kim Lewis, Joan Frye, Rebecca Horne, Cindy Lawson and Darlene Todd.
