The late Bro. Terrance Allen Smith departed this life Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR. Terrance was born on January 13, 1987 to Charles Darrell Smith and Patricia Ann Campbell-Smith. He was preceded in death by Annie Bess Molton, great-grandmother, Davis Molton, great-grandfather, Daisy Cox-Bullock, great-grandmother, Eddie Campbell, grandfather, Leo Everett, grandfather and Ruthie Lee Robertson Smith, grandmother.
Terrance confessed his hope and belief in Christ at the age of thirteen at Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church in McGehee under the leadership of Rev. Leroy Hood, Sr. In the year of 2006, Terrance joined the Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Monticello under the leadership of the Rev. Leroy Hood, Sr. where he remained a faithful member until his death.
He graduated from Drew Central High School as an honor graduate in 2005. He also graduated from Southern Arkansas University Tech. with an Associate of Applied Science Multi-Media Technology and Audio Video Degree. Terrance was employed with the Arkansas Dept. of Correction in Dermott, AR and he had his own studio TS production.
His memory will be cherished by his father, Charles Smith; his mother, Patricia Smith both of Monticello, AR; one brother, Brandon Smith, Sr. of Monticello; a nephew, Brandon Smith, Jr. of Little Rock; his fiancé, Brittany Banks of Monticello; two close cousins, Sheena Cox of Milwaukee, WI and Darian Everett of Monticello; two grandmothers, Azzie Lee Molton of McGehee and Joe Mae Everett of Monticello; a grandfather, Melvin Smith of McGehee and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives.
