William A. Moore, III, age 58 of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at his home. He was born February 19, 1961 in Bellflower, CA to Linda Piper Moore and the late William Alford Moore, Jr.

He served as a Green Beret in the Special Forces in the United States Army and was a member of Monticello Baptist Temple.

Survivors include his mother Linda Piper Moore of Monticello; one son, William Moore, IV of Little Rock; two daughters, Sara Moore of Monticello and Rachel Moore both of Monticello; one brother, Steven Moore of Monticello; two sisters, Terri Connard and husband Andy of Monticello and Crystal Cherry and husband Cody of Bella Vista; three grandchildren, Adam, Jay, and Riley Kate; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
