He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Korean War and was a member of Second Baptist Church. He was a jack of all trades, a family man and an avid Razorback fan. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by four sisters, Opal Lunsford, Joyce Lunsford, Margaret Lunsford and Debbie King; and a brother, Jimmy Fred Hudson.
Survivors include his wife, Esther Wallace Hudson of Monticello; one son, Tony Hudson and wife, Kelly of Monticello; one daughter, Judy Long and husband, Johnny of Oakland, TN; three grandchildren, Kristofer Hudson, Michael Hudson and Rachel Long and one step grandson, Tyler Dunn.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 31 at Second Baptist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church.
