He was a machinist, a United States Army Veteran and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf.
Survivors include his wife, Erica Lewis Swan of Monticello; one son, Johnny Swan and wife Mia of Virginia Beach, VA; one daughter, Gena Harmon and husband Randy of Benton; one brother, James Larry Swan of Monticello; four grandchildren, Kortney Harmon Spann, Kyle Harmon, Solveig Swan and Karsten Swan; one step grandchild, Marc Anthony Lewis and some special nieces.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Enon Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.

Whatever they did I did , including jumping off an 8-10 scaffold, probably used as a deer stand. Of course it sprained my ankle, but we could not explain how it happened.
