Olivia was a homemaker and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church. She was an avid outdoor woman, she held a great appreciation for the natural wonders of nature. She believed in being a strong steward of the land, a keeper of nature, and she was an avid hunter.
She is survived by four sons, Curt Gober and wife Lori of Lake Charles, LA, Mark Gober, Jeff Gober and wife Jamie, Chris Gober and wife Pam, all of Ozment Bluff; two daughters, Laura Whitaker and husband Greg of Enon, and Elizabeth Gober of Ozment Bluff; fifteen grandchildren, Lucas, Kelsey Saline, Denver, Gold, Shiloh, Noah, Rain, Lauren, Kalli, Mariah, Jake, Clayton, Tristan, Cassidy, and Magnolia; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Becky Huskey and husband Roy Wayne of Green Hill; and a very special friend, Jerry Rhodes.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Cauley and Sister Mary Jones officiating. Burial will follow in 16th Section Cemetery in Possum Valley. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Saturday evening at the funeral home.
