I too have known Phil a very long time. He was definitely someone I enjoyed being around. I was so saddened when I first learned of his untimely death. I was unable to leave a message then. I will simply remember his smile, infectious laugh and warm attitude. Rest on Phil.

To the Binns family I am going to miss Phil because no matter where he seen me at he all respect me and always had a hug for me. I know it look dark right now but know that Jesus seen something you didn't see, and had a special place for Phil. Look to the hill from which cometh your help and know that all of your help come from the Lord. I am praying for your strength and know that when you think about him just look up and know that he is in God's arms.
