Crossett, AR Sunday, January 3, 2016 I met 'Mr.Benny' when I moved into Pine Wood rehab. I lost my ability to walk as a result of battling Lupus. I am 53 years old, and was not happy about having to live there. I guess it showed. Mr Benny noticed everything about his patients. He always had a smile, and a gentle word of encouragement. I told him once after he mursed me back to health (while having a very close call) that I appreciated him saving my life. He quickly told me that the good Lord did that, not him. He was a man of faith. He loved and cared for the weakest of us. More to the point, he was one of us. We all miss Benny greatly.I keep hopeing I will see him coming around the corner with that precious smile. I just want to say thank you Mr. Benny for putting up with us all. We will always love you. Your Pine Wood patients and Teri Anthony Rest in Peace.Everett Smith
