Barbara and family, we are so sorry to hear of your great loss. My mother was the former Annie Mae Trotter Hoppers, a cousin to your mother. We pray for comfort for you and all your family. May God bless you.

It really saddens me to read that one of my best long-time friends has died. I met May in June, 1964 when I started to work at the Courthouse. She worked down the hall from my office. She taught me so much about working and how to use all of the equipment in my office. We've walked many miles, had many meals together and laughed so many times. She had a memory like no one else. I even had to ask her one day who MY niece married. So very sorry I did not know about the visitation and the funeral dates. I'll never forget my friend, Virginia May Knight. Condolences to Barbara and her family.

I just found out about Ms. Virginia's death. Sorry I missed out on family visitation and funeral. I worked with Ms. Virginia more then 30 years. She was a good friend and will be missed. Ms. Virginia was one of the most loyal workers I have ever had the pleasure working with in my career. Her photographic memory for financial issues still amaze me. Hope the best in the future to Barbara and children.
