She accepted Christ at an early age. Gloria Jean received her formal education at Drew Elementary and High School. She labored for many years at Burlington Industry. She was preceded in death by her son, Veance (Phil) Binns.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, John Hubbard of Monticello; three sons, LeVell (Debra) Handley, Gregory (Tikisha) Binns and Gerald Binns, all of Monticello; four daughters, Delores (Barry) Woodard of Wilmar, AR, Shelia (Lenard) Shelton of Terry, AR, Subrinna (Kelly) Coleman of Monticello, AR and Bernester (Car) Dupree of Crossett, AR; three sisters, Mozelle Grasper and Dorice Grasper both of Monticello, AR and Bridget (Keith) Ziegter of Deerfield, Ohio; one brother, Bryan (Monique) Edington of Monticello, AR; one adopted granddaughter, Kabrescha Binns of Manchester, MO; twenty three grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren and many other cousins and friends, and a very special niece, Latrina Grasper of Monticello, AR.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
