She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Monticello which she served faithfully throughout her life. She taught Sunday School, was a Women's Circle Leader, chaired and served on numerous committees, and served as deacon and elder. She was a member of Presbyterian Women and Church Women United. She was the daughter of the late Warren A. Ramsey and Eva Bynum Ramsey and was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Bratz.
Survivors include two sons, Louis "Butch" Selig and wife, Judy and James Leonard, all of Monticello; five daughters, Carol Thompson, Eleanor O'Neal and Julie Fitzwater, all of Little Rock, Phyllis Leonard of Monticello and Sarah Leonard of Star City; one brother, John Warren Ramsey of Norfolk, VA; one special niece, Laurie Ann Ramsey of TN; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
