She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse, having worked for Dr. Lewis Hyatt and Drew Memorial Hospital and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son in law, Jimmy Adams, three brothers, Clifford Courtney, Richard Courtney and Henry Courtney and two sisters, Maurita Hollinger and Sharon Gray.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Tucker and wife Kathie of Green Hill and Ronnie Tucker and wife Sharon of Conway, AR; one daughter, Marcia Adams of Monticello; two sisters, Jean Montero and Joann Hughes both of New Orleans, LA; nine grandchildren, Lisa Lafoon, Chris Tucker, Kyle Tucker, Sebastian Tucker, Samantha Tucker, Lisa Higginbotham, Clint Stiles, Joshua West and Christopher West; seven great-grandchildren and one due in August and three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
