Lillie Thompson

Lillie Beckwith Thompson, 83, of Pine Bluff, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was born August 21, 1926 in Lincoln County. She was raised and attended school in Monticello.

She was the widow of Ples Thompson, a retired seamstress for Nevada Manufacturing Company and a member of Dollarway Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late J. B. Beckwith and Mabel Hart Beckwith and was preceded in death by a son, Wesley Ples Thompson and two sisters, Louise Ray and Arie Newell

Survivors include one sister, Marie Prause of Houston, Texas and other relatives and friends.
