Hot Springs Village, AR Sunday, March 1, 2020 My family and Joel's parents were all neighbors when I was growing up and what a sweet family. Joel was away at that time, however when we met in later years I knew he was a very kind and good man, like his parents. May God surround you with his loving arms to give you peace and comfort. We must cherish the memories of past.Blessings,
