He was a HVAC technician and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Monticello. Matt was an avid outdoorsman loving to hunt and fish. He also loved music, playing pool, working and eating out. However, his real passion was his God and spending time with his 3 children whom he loved very much.
Survivors include his wife, Peyton Crump Durham of Monticello; three children, Allison Durham, Elijah Durham and Isaiah (Fat) Durham all of Monticello; his father, Perry Lee Reed of Monticello; his step-father, Bobby Ray Cain of Monticello; two sisters, Brandy Reed Tomboli of White Hall and Heidi Reed of Monticello; one brother, Brent Durham of Monticello; six nieces, four nephews, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles and a host of loved ones.
Private graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Oakland Cemetery in Monticello. There will be a viewing beginning at 12 noon Monday, April 20, 2020 at the funeral home.
