I am a classmate of Charles from Lakeside High School back in 9168. Charles was always a kind and quiet person and he was a close friend of mine. I called him about 2 months ago and we talked for about 30 minutes. Charles kinda faded away from our class and it took years for me to find him. He told me when we talked that he had cancer and was not going to have any procedures for his cancer. I was hoping to see him this spring but the Covid-19 virus prevented me from that. I am sorry that I didn't get to see him before he died. All my sympathy goes out to his family.
