    To the family:
I am so sad to know that Dorothy has left us, but I know she’s in a better place. I had many years of working with her at MIS and during that time she was always ready to help and go above and beyond to do a good job. I have fond memories of sharing many laughs with her over the years. My sincere sympathy goes out to her family. I know she will be missed.
    Sincerely,

My heart is aching to know that my aunt is gone home to be with the Lord. My aunt Dot,(Mama Dot) as we call her. Mama Dot and I have had wonderful time sitting and talking about the Lord and she will always asked do I remember my parents living on Vinegar Hill. Mama Dot would always tell me about every person who lived on Vinegar Hill and she will sit and talk most of the night about church, family and friends. Mama Dot gave all the kids nick names and we would discuss the reason she gave them the nick names. I will definitely miss this lady who was a woman of God and she will do anything to help anyone who was in need. I could go on and on about my wonderful AUNT who I love dearly A-Awesome U-Unique-N-Neat -T-Trustworthy.
