So sorry for your loss. I had so much respect for this professor. He was a great teacher during my undergraduate and graduate study. I remember walking across campus one day, and he told me to come and see him. During our meeting, he told me he was recommending me for the Minority Teachers Scholarship and later on the UAM Alumni Scholarship. He was one of many who truly cared and loved his job. I am grateful our paths crossed.

Bobby, Billy, and Larry, members of my old scout troop, I extend to you and your families my most sincere condolences on your Dad's death. I remember you and your Dad from many associations both with the scout troop and with the UAM faculty. My wife of now 53 years and I are now retired and have been living in the Chicago area for the last ten years. After I left UAM I became a Presbyterian minister and ended my working life as a chaplain in a hospital here. May you have a celebration of your Dad's life filled with many memories of who he was and what he meant. Again my condolences. Jim Dunlap
