Jimmie Stallings

Jimmie Stallings, age 88 of Monticello, passed away March 4, 2021, at Belleview Nursing and Rehab in Monticello. He was born June 9, 1932, in Arkadelphia, AR to the late Orble and Eula Cash Stallings. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Garner Stallings; and two brothers, Roy and Harold Stallings.
He was a United States Army Veteran and a retired construction worker. Jimmie was a member of the Florence Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Evon Crowder Stallings of Monticello; a son, Malcolm Lee Stallings of Claremore, OK; a daughter, Tammy Renee Harrison of Barnsdall, OK; a step son, Christopher Hays (Mary Margaret) of Dumas; a step daughter in law, Pam Hays of Monticello; his step grandchildren, Wilson, Joshua Hays(Jodi), Jarrod Hays(Jamie), Jacob Hays(Whitney) and Jordan Hays(Erin); three grandchildren, Amanda Stallings Ashlock (Johnny), Coen Ross Harrison and Taylyn Quay Harrison; and eight great grandchildren.
