Sorry too here of her passing. Norma was a very interesting lady
She had so much knowledge of the miller family

Norma was a longtime "Honorary Member" of the Cedar County, Mo. Historical Society. She worked tirelessly, helping with the "Cedar County Cemetery Book." She spent many hours searching cemeteries and recording information on gravestones to add to the book. She collected hundreds of obituaries form several local newspapers and many funeral cards over the years. Norma later pasted all of those into notebooks and donated them to our society. Norma was a genealogist and a secretary in the society for several years.
I remember Norma getting a terrible case of chiggers on one of her quests for a lost cemetery. She finally found the cemetery after tramping through brush and high weeds for an hour, recorded the gravestone information and later said, "It was worth every chigger!" We miss her dearly.
