Soperton, GA Friday, January 2, 2026 Mr. Steve,We just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to be able to enjoy the time we spent together. The Lord blessed us with years of friendship and good times with each other. We will miss you so very much and will always remember the marvelous times we had, not just in a duck hole or the turkey woods, but just being by a camp fire or dinner table listening to your stories, advice and the wisdom you shared with us. You truly were one of a kind. We may not have always limited out or filled our tags but we always left with more than we deserved. We won’t say goodbye, just we will see you next season.
We would like to extend our prayers and deepest sympathies to Mrs. Debra, Stevie and the rest of the family. We also want to thank you all for sharing him with us because he definitely made us feel like we were part of his family.
With love and prayers,
The Georgia Boys

Mount Ida, AR Thursday, January 1, 2026 A life well lived Steve lived his life leaving a positive impact on many of us as an outdoorsman and Christ follower. It mattered not who you were or your station in life. As long as you loved to hunt and were willing to work at it, he was always a glad and willing mentor. Whether it was a timber deal, a Duck hunt or your walk with God, you learned a lot from Mr. Richardson from his attention to detail. He knew attending to the little things yielded big results. They don't make em' like him anymore. Our thoughts and prayers are and will be with you, dear family.Sherry Graves Martinez
