Edgar Allen Brewer

Edgar Allen Brewer, age 83 of Monticello passed away February 3, 2013, at the St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born February 10, 1929 in DeQueen, AR to the late Charles P. Brewer and Ethel Evia Riner Brewer.

He was retired from AP&L Electric Company, was an avid golfer and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Monticello. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Brewer.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Taylor Brewer of Monticello; one stepson, Chuck Taylor and wife, Pam of Dumas; one step-daughter, Charlia Hall and husband, John of Dumas; two brothers, Lee Brewer of DeQueen and Lewis Brewer of Louisville, KY; five step grandchildren and eight step great grandchildren.
