He was a retired construction worker, U. S. Army Veteran of Korea and a Christian. One of fourteen children, he was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters. He made his home in Monticello for the last 38 years. He was much loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed until we meet again.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Virginia Janette McCuan Breeding of Monticello; one son, Ricky Breeding of Monticello; three daughters, Shirley Raedy and husband, Mike and Sandy Freeman and husband, Phil, both of Bakersfield, CA and Gayle Hayden and husband, Eddie of Monticello; seven surviving brothers and sisters; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
