When Merry was caring for Mrs. Henley in her home, I was a Home Health nurse with the Health Dept. I visit in her home frequently to do nursing for Mrs. Henley. I admired Merry for the wonderful care she took of her sister. In the spring we would walk her yard & she would tell me all about her flowers. At that time I was just getting my yard started & I have many, many things in my yard that she gave me. I enjoy them every year & think of her. She was a wonderful person & I know she is walking in a heavenly garden with Jesus now. My prayers are with the family. Linda Barnett

Dear Jane and Dorothy, words can not express my deepest sympathy to each of you. I remember your Mother as an exceptional lady who faced life's poblems with her positive attitude. I was very impressed withf her becoming a School Teacher. I don't know if your Mom ever made goat milk ice cream, but, I knowh her Mother did. Jerry Flemister and I ate quite a lot of it while sitting on her back steps.
