I was shocked to hear that Mr. Hughes had passed. When i worked as a 4-H program Assistant, Mr. Hughes was always willing to do whatever he could to help the children. He was always very kind to the youngsters and me. I recently discovered that his grandson, Jacob, is a Corrections Officer at the Delta Regional Unit in Dermott where I teach. So to his family, I want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know him. God bless you all.
