Kat, I do not know if you will remember me or not but my Dad was Leslie Hoppers. I am sorry we did not know of the passing of your sweet Mom. I know what you are going through since Dad passed away in March. It is a very difficult time. But just know that your Mom is one of God's angels now and also that I am praying for you daily. Love, Linda ( Hoppers Naron)

    Kat and family:
I am so sorry for your loss. Mary Ellen was such a wonderful lovely lady. I enjoyed the visits we had with her and you while visiting my mother Leta Ferrell. Mother shared a room with you Kat until her passing. May God bless you and your family.
  3. Janis Burt Smith & Johnny Smith
To all of Mrs. Mary Ellen's loved ones, Johnny and I want you to know how sad we are that she is gone. For me, she was one of the first people who made me feel welcome in Wilmar. She was a dear and much valued friend to my mother-in-law, Jeannette Burt. She was just a wonderful person who will greatly missed.

This is a special message to Kat--Johnny and I would like to tell Kat how sorry we are that she has lost her mother. Johnny wants Kat to know that he has never forgotten the fun he, Kat and Jacky used to have in school. For the candy she would sneak to them in study hall. He says she was the prettiest girl in Wilmar, I know that Jacky always loved her too. So, please give her a hug from both of us and tell her what a special person she was and still is to so many people.

With love and prayers, Janis Burt Smith and Johnny Smith

To the Taylor Family, I was so saddened to learn of the loss of "Sister". I grew up in Wilmar Baptist Church with her family.
