She was the widow of Elmer Wilford Harrel, a homemaker and a Christian. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, William Yancey Boykin.
Survivors include two sons, Ben Arrington, Jr. and wife Eva and Bret Anthony Arrington, Sr. of Monticello; one daughter, Melinda Arrington Cooper and husband Mark of Springfield, MO; two sisters, Mattie Ruth Tucker of Monticello and Della Jordan of Prescott; and four grandchildren, Bret Anthony Arrington, Jr., Mary Emily Orrell, Aaron Michael Orrell and Evan Arrington.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, July 16 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
