Elizabeth was a graduate of Furman University with a Masters from North Carolina State. She was a valued employee of Sonoco Products for more than 20 years. Elizabeth was an accomplished equestrian who spent much of her spare time riding and caring for her beloved horses, Faulkner (Will) and Wild Niner. Some of her happiest moments were spent at a barn or horse show. Elizabeth's positive spirit and undaunted courage has been an inspiration to her many friends and family. Her beautiful smile and loving heart will be cherished forever by those who loved her.
She is survived by her loving parents of Lake Saint Louis, MO; brother, Kenneth Baxter of Cordova, TN; sister, Lesley (Mark) Bonds of O'Fallon, MO; nephew, JT Bonds of O'Fallon, MO; niece, Laura Bonds of O'Fallon, MO.
Funeral services was held at 5:30 on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in the Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. in Oakland Cemetery, Monticello, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Darlington County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1655, Hartsville, SC 29551, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105, or the charity of one's choice. Graveside arrangements are by Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home.
