She was retired from Commercial Bank of Monticello and was of the Baptist faith. Wanda was a woman of faith and was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed cooking, working in her yard, and was known for her neatness around her home and yard. She possessed a contagious smile that would light up the entire room.
She is survived by two sons, James Paul Miles, Jr. and wife Dana of McGehee and Randall Scott Miles of Little Rock; one sister, Eddie Joyce Breedlove Jones of Monticello; two grandsons, Dane Allen Miles and Scott James Miles both of McGehee; one granddaughter, Shelby Ann Miles of Bryant; and two nephews, Rob Jones and wife Lori and Jon Jones all of Lacey.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2015 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Will Choate officiating. Family visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. The family is requesting memorials be made to CARTI, 9500 Kanis Rd. #150, Little Rock, AR. 72205 or to Argenta United Methodist Church, 421 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR. 72114. I asked her how she was doing and she said "fine, but I have been worried about you". I knew she needed to tell me something, but that was the kind of person she was. I have lost a speclial friend.
