Royal, AR Thursday, September 3, 2015 I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of this sweet and caring man. I grew greatly fond of him throughout the past several years. I loved hearing his many stories and jokes. Billy had such a warm heart and I am going to miss seeing his loving smile. He was always asking about my family and children, who were very fond of him as well. He definitely left an imprint on my life. I will be keeping you all in thoughts and prayers!Sincerely,
