Monticello, AR Friday, October 9, 2015 My condolences go to Mr. Joe's family. I hope you find comfort in the memories of your loved one. I knew Mr. Joe since I was a small child when his brother married my aunt. And we have been neighbors for 37 years. I'll always remember his driving his truck on the Old Dermott Road with that cigar in his mouth. He never got in a hurry with his driving and I am always in a hurry. There were many times that I would speed past him and he would usually honk at me as if to say, "Slow down girl!!" I am so sorry for your loss..Margaret&BobbyGilliam
