She was a retired environmentalist for National Park Medical Center, a community counselor and was a member of Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert "Hoss" Vines.
Survivors include one sister, Sandra Hudson Miller and husband Roger of Monticello; two stepsons, Timmy Vines and wife Mary of Hermitage and Gary Vines and wife Lanette of Engalls; one step daughter, Vickie Reynolds and husband Joe Dale of Hermitage; six step grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 4:00 pm Sunday, December 13 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Memorials may be made to: Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 2130 Hwy 35 West, Monticello, AR 71655. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
