Bobby Ray Whitehead, age 82 of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at his home in Monticello. He was born February 12, 1934 in Crossett, AR to the late Lester Ray Whitehead and Mary Virginia Hackney Whitehead.

He was a livestock dealer, a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is his loving wife of 52 years, Lenora Glover Whitehead of Monticello.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Lincoln County. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Online guest book at www.stephensondearman.com.
