He was a retired truck driver for J. B. Hunt, a United States Army Veteran serving as a Chaplin's Assistant and was a Christian.
Survivors include one son, Joshua Sark of Searcy; one daughter, Darla Mae Sark of Searcy; his mother, Mary Smith Sark of Monticello; one sister, Sherry Blasengame and husband Dennis of White Hall; one grandson, Andrew Sark of Searcy; one granddaughter, Lilly Sark of Searcy; one nephew, Caleb Blasengame of Florida; and two nieces, Shaina Cheatwood and Brandy Blasengame both of Pine Bluff.

Benton, AR Monday, June 20, 2016 Sorry to hear of your loss. I pray that God will ease the pain and encourage you.It is hard to believe that so many years have gone by since Steve and Rev.& Mary Sark were here at Summitt Church.
Time has a was of racing past and leaving us to wonder how it all happened.
I am grateful to have known the Sark family and treasure the friendship we had.
