She was the widow of Charles Parker, Sr., was retired from the Lever Brother Soap factory in St. Louis, MO and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Parker, Jr.; four sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include three daughters, Theresa Snuffer and husband, Darrell of Monticello, Mary Parker of Green Valley, AZ and Linda Thurman and husband Vernie of Monticello; two sons, Jesse Parker and John Parker and wife Debbie, all of Monticello; twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Larry Wilkerson officiating. Burial will be in Prosperity Cemetery in Cleveland County, AR.
