Don Easterling was a friend of mine when he worked at the Crossett Housing Authority. His knowledge of concrete was truly amazing. Softspoken yet serious, Don was a great guy. He had a good smile & though I only met his wife briefly, Ms. Ione made the best biscuits! May God bless this family is my prayer.
