To my best friend Toya, (Tory 😂) Bri, Ms. Angie, Danielle, Quila and the rest of the family, we are praying for you all during this difficult time. Ms. Geneva was a beautiful woman and it is very apparent the impact she had on each of you. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have known her and the Mac and cheese she allowed us to cook when I stayed over. Lol I love you all and may you find peace and strength in God's loving arms.
    Love always,
Candi, Champ, Ty, Logan and Papaw

The pain, the grief, and the feelings of helplessness can seem unbearable when our love ones succumb to death. At that times, we can go to God’s Word for comfort. The promise at Isaiah 26:19 says, "Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, and the earth will let those powerless in death come to life."

We desire that you have peace, endurance and comfort. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)

Geneva! (shout it out....you know the joke)
I loved you dearly! I don't think a word has been invented to describe the void the family feels right now. In my mind you had ten more years. I will never get to hear you mispronounce my name again as you did my entire life ( I think you did it on purpose) or respond to my question of what you doing when I called. You would always say: "Talking to you" in your lil sassy voice. I remember our last conversation and YOU talked for a hour or more and I just listened. Had I known I would have let you talk for hours. Oh my how you are going to be truly missed by EVERYONE! I love you to Heaven and back. I thank you for everything you instilled in us, the harsh talks, the love talks, and just simply the love and understanding when we became adults. I wish I had hugged you that last time, but I was too afraid of getting you sick. You will forever live with me and I plan to let that "ole gal" know about GENEVA GREEN. She still prays for you and said she misses you. Give Gran-daddy a big strong hug for me and let him know I still miss him and that I remember our moments with him-big and small. Tell him I still don't care for squash that much and that I would still be sitting as his kitchen table playing over it.
