He was a retired electrician for Potlatch at Arkansas City and a member of Monticello Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Fran Dollie Calvert of Monticello; three daughters, Michelle Joseph and husband, Tim of Maumelle, AR, Shaun Lampkin and husband, Chris of Monticello and Kimberly Gordon and husband, B. J. of Little Rock; his parents, Edward Calvert and Zora Madera Calvert of Warren; four brothers, Eddie Calvert of Sherwood, AR, Tim Calvert of Greenbrier, AR, twin brothers, Dean Calvert of Little Rock and Gene Calvert of Fordyce; seven grandchildren, Caleb, Logan, Kai, Collin, Jude, Elim and Hannah.
