She retired in 2007 after 38 years of service as a Quality Control Reviewer for the State of Arkansas Department of Human Services and was a Christian of the Southern Baptist faith. Bobbie was a loving wife, "grand-mugger" as she was lovingly called by her grandchildren, and was full of life. She was a great joy to those who loved her. She was always laughing, a trait that she inherited from her father, Robert Wallace. For those that remember him, would know that. She had a great sense of humor, was an avid reader and spent many hours doing that. According to her husband Kenny, when he wanted to brag on her, he would tell her that she was the best cook in the county, and she was. She will be greatly missed by all that loved her.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Kenny Wiscaver of Monticello; two sons, Jeremy Wiscaver of Port Arthur, TX and Jonathan Wiscaver of Monticello; three grandchildren, Jacob Wiscaver, Jared Wiscaver and Jasmine Wiscaver; one brother, Gene "Spud" Wallace of Elizabethtown, KY; one sister, Nancy Smith Polisky of Grand Prairie, TX; a special cousin, whom she claimed as her sister, Sue Hayden and husband Johnny of Benton; special friends, Ray and Lana Mathis, a sister by choice of Carthage, MO; along with several nieces and nephews who she loved and cherished.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Wilmar Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.

Rison, AR Thursday, October 11, 2018 Kenny, Though the years have flown since the days when we went to church together and when Bill and I lived "up the street" from Bobbie's family and I talked to her most afternoon's on her way home from school, somehow it seems like it was just days ago. You will be in my prayers daily as you adjust to this "different" time. I've been there and I know that with your strong Faith you will make it one day at the time. My prayer is that the Lord in his infinite mercy will give you strength, comfort and peace of mine as only He can. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers daily as you go through this difficult time.Love,
