He was a retired pipeline worker and was of the Assembly of God faith. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Gena Renee Ward Wilson; an infant granddaughter; and one nephew, Kevin Jones. Stevie Lee loved to be at the barn taking care of his animals, cutting hay or working on one of his many projects. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, cutting hay and spending time with his grand babies. He also had many friends whom he enjoyed being with.
Survivors include two daughters, Joanna Butler and husband Karl of Monticello and Heather Wilson and husband Matt Foster of Wilmar; his mother, Tommie Wilson of Wilmar; two sisters, Janice Jones of Rogers and Sandra Fortenberry of Fairfield Bay; one brother, Aubrey Fred Wilson, Jr. of Dallas, TX; three grandsons, Ty Butler, Dakota Forrest and William Lee Butler; three granddaughters, Kendall Wilson, Madison Elliott and Ellie Jo Foster; two nieces, two nephews and many cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Wilson Family Cemetery. Visitation 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
