He was a United States Army Veteran, retired owner and operator of Arrington Roofing and was a member of Pauline Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Hale Arrington; one brother, Johnny Arrington; two sisters, Norma Warren and Joye Strebeck; and one niece, Paula Moix.
Michael loved hunting, fishing, classic cars and car shows. Anyone that knew Mickey knows that he was always ready to hit the road with his buddies to enjoy car shows anytime they got a chance. However, his greatest loves were his son Marcus and his three grandchildren Madison, Aubrey and Carson. His days spent with them were among his greatest memories. They were his pride and joy.
Survivors include one son, Marcus Arrington and wife "Kriket" of Monticello; five grandchildren, Madison, Aubrey, Carson, Shelby and Zane; two great-grandchildren, River and Jhett; one nephew, Rob Metzer and wife Karren; a very special niece, Kimberly Schultz and husband Eric and Page McDonald; and several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2018 in Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Dwayne Roper officiating. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.

Monticello, AR Wednesday, December 26, 2018 Mickey was a precious son in law, married to our daughter Pam for many years until her death. Our prayers for comfort in Lord Jesus for our grandson Marcus and all his family. We have sweet memories of many, many good times shared over the many past years. We have many good thoughts now of Mickey and Pam reunited and riding the horses of angles together again across the heavens.
