Richard Leamon Prince, age 73 of Monticello, passed away April 13, 2020 at his home. He was born February 15, 1947 in Corning, AR to the late Orce Leamon Prince and Juanita Merle Lemley Prince.

He was a retired boat builder for many years before retiring from Tyson Foods and a Baptist. Richard's hobbies included hunting, fishing and taking care of his animals. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy Prince, Sr.

Survivors include three brothers, Dennis Prince of Monticello, Roger Prince of Warren and Sammy Prince of Fort Smith; and four sisters, Barbara Pena of Jacksonville, Gail Hays and Sheila Davis both of Warren, and Patricia Vermillion of Lake Charles, LA.

    I remember Richard as a very quite and very smart student at Dermott High School who graduated in 1965. He was a fine fellow and we will all miss him.
