He was a retired painter and was of the Baptist faith. Ricky was a true craftsman, loved building things and was a very creative person. He could do anything he set his mind to. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death his son, Casey Hill; two brothers, Jackie Hill and Freddie Hill; and one sister, Terri Hill.
Survivors include one daughter, Shana Hill of Monticello; two sisters, Kathy Judkins of Monticello and Janie Hill of Texas; and two grandchildren, Jackson Hill and Presley Kate Goolsby.
