He was married to Hazelene Martin and to this union three children were born. Guice was a retired worker of the Potlatch Corporation at Warren, Arkansas. Brother Guice Foster obeyed the gospel of Christ at the church of Christ that meets at 459 Kennedy Boulevard where he was a faithful member until death.
Guy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Hazelene Foster; two brothers, Joe Williams, Sr. and Allen Gibbs; two sisters, Betty Foster Tollfree and Bertha Lee West.
He leaves to cherish his memories; two sons, Kelvin Foster and Brian Foster of Monticello, Arkansas; one daughter, Sharon Floyd (Mark) of Benton, Arkansas; two brothers, Johnnie Foster, Sr. (Jewel) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Howard Scales, Jr. of Monticello; two sisters, Ruthie Foster Haynes of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Linda Scales of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Also cherishing the memories of Brother Guy are his caregiver/niece, Marilyn West, his church family, and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
