Theorthris worked as a caregiver and attended Wilmar School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Douglas; her son, Otis Douglas; great-grandson, Antwane Clifton, her father & mother, William and Bessie Harrison; a brother, D.C. Harrison and mother-in-law, Rosie Lee Columbus Douglas.
She leaves to cherish her memories; one daughter, Willie Mae Miller of Wilmar; two sons; Theotis Douglas of Wilmar and Jerry Douglas (Betty) of Stockton, CA; one sister, Bettie Gean Chavis of Wilmar; two sister-in-laws, Edna Dorham Allen (Eddie) of Monticello and Patricia Douglas (also cousin) of Wilmar; three brother-in-laws, Rev. James Douglas, Alwestly Adams, and Robert Douglas all of Monticello; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Also to cherish her memory are a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
